While the hotel does not locate in the centre of the city, it takes only 10-15 minutes drive. The hotel offers a spacious and clean room, a very huge breakfast (for us), and quite and peaceful environment. The receptionist and driver are very attentive, polite and helpful. They are flexible and tried to accommodate our needs. A very impressive service indeed. We definitely enjoyed staying here :)

Lovely place! Although it is a large complex, the staff was so friendly that we immediately felt comfortable at this hotel. The atmosphere, amenities and especially the breakfast was great! Highly recommend it and say thank you again for everyone we met there!

The service was amazing, the room was super nice and comfortable, breakfast was delicious. The shuttle makes it easy to go in and out of town. They helped us arrange train tickets too! Definitely recommend

This hotel hospitality is very good. I had several requests to have shuttle service to downtown and come back to this hotel. They never refuse and gave us best service. For breakfast, I went downtown around 5am to join bowling service to monks and came back around 10am, they provided breakfast even after their regular breakfast time. Only if I want to request to improve is pressure of shower. Hot water was ready in 4-5 minutes and the power wasn’t enough. This might be only my room but I would like to take care of this for future guests to use this room. Overall, I do recommend this hotel even the location is far from downtown, I didn’t have any issue with it. I appreciate all the hotel guest support and service.

This hotel is beautiful! Five star. Free pick up from the airport. Early check-in where possible. Spacious grounds, spacious rooms. The staff go out of their way to make things as perfect as possible. This beats anywhere I've ever stayed in, in Thailand. Looks like Thailand has some tough competition from Laos. Definitely one to put on your list if you plan to visit Luang Prabang.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
