This place is ok... but not much more! It was very cold when we got there and the corridor doors dont close properly: these should be fixed! In addition the temperature in the room was quite low (60 or 62 F about 16 or 17 C) and couldn't be adjusted! Its weird enough (and very unpractical) to have to take 2 different lifts and traverse an intermediate floor and outdoors section but it becomes painful to hear the noise of grinding glass doors who need adjustment and dont close properly. I would recommend to the management to perform a serious review of the few things that need to be fixed,... before the Olympics?!

The staff are really helpful (especially Jean who arranged a bottle of wine on arrival as it was my partner's birthday). The rooms are fine - nothing fancy but clean and nice if you're facing one of the courtyards. The location is very convenient walking distance to Nation metro station and nice places to eat nearby.

A great idyllic hotel. The service is great and you are really close to the metro. The inner garden is really peaceful and romantic. We had a great stay because of it. Only two points to think about, the parking is pricy and also very narrow, be sure you feel comfortable with driving before heading in.

We loved the neighborhood, less tourist oriented. Would love to stay there again, if we should be so fortunate to visit Paris again. Be sure to check out the Mona Lisait bookstore.

Can’t beat the price in Paris, but you’re getting a very basic and subpar room. It works, but there is no privacy (see through curtains, paper walls) and AC doesn’t really work. Had room cleaned even though our do not disturb sign was up and toiletries or towels weren’t even replaced. Nice and English speaking receptionists though.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
