A lovely quaint inn tucked in a nice neighborhood. Staffs are amazingly helpful, friendly and kind. Stayed 4 nights with my daughter, cleaned everyday. A bit cars noisy as our room near the side street other than that felt safe. Definitely will stay there again if we go to LA again

The location is good and the room is clean. It is located along the street so it is noisy at the daytime but not very noisy at night. However，the room smells bad and the ventilation does not work very well. Restroom and shower are extremely small that are totally different from the photos they posted out. The clean lady can open the door even it is locked inside which makes me very uncomfortable. I can only give it a 4/10 objectively. I will definitely not choose this hotel next time.

This is a 5-star review strictly because of the amazing service provided by Nicka (Nikka?) at the front desk. I had a last minute, very disjointed reservation for several nights....while it would have been easy for him to say "sorry, can't do anything", he was very patient, gracious and spent the time to make sure I only had to change rooms once (was going to be multiple room changes). The Inn is in a great location, good rooms, good amenities...but what made it outstanding was the above-and-beyond care of Nicka/ the front desk.

During a quick stop in LA we stayed here. Nice, cozy place, room was clean and comfortable, front desk folks were very pleasant. The only complaint was the outside road noise was very loud. Our room was closer to the corner of Sunset/Kenter and the AC unit in the room couldn't drown it out. If we happen to LA again, I would certainly stay here but would request a room towards the back of the property where it's away from the road.

The room we had was in the back and off the street, so it was quiet, but the room was very dated and worn out. Great water pressure.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
