The room is new, clean, well equiped and decored nicely with paintings and there is balcony with good view. It is also located near by eating places, rice field and Hoi an ancient town. There are available bicycles for us to enjoy a beautiful sightseeing. The host is friendly and stay at the villa which give us a feeling of safety and local lifeliving. Thank you.

The infrastructure is very old and some are not working 😮‍💨. You can see in the picture the floor has some crashed and humidity also the bathroom door is not working. This hotel is kind of family service 🤡, their family stay right here and i feel uncomfortable when using the pool because i feel like host stares at me all the time (their room nextby the pool) 🤡. In the first day I come there are no receptionist stay here so that I have to call them, the guy who talk to me is labor 🥲 but this fine anyway. The last day there no one that i can check out the room, they leave their son (about 10 years old)to watch the hotel lol 🙏, no one helps two girls to carry 20 kilograms package to ground floor 😀 very annoy us, I feel like they are not really responsible for their customers or they are not well trained for such kind of this area. Location near Pho Co (about 3 km). Room cleaning good.

Highly recommend this place!! Beautifully decorated, cozy rooms - very clean, with amazing hospitality from the hosts. They went out of their way to clean the room and provide water every day, and were super helpful in general! They also provide free bicycle rentals to get around town. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Checked in and assigned top floor room which was nice (informed that we got a family room due to water issues) however the following day while on a day trip in Hoi An, we received numerous messages stating that the staff would be moving our bags to another room- we had not packed our bags and had valuables in the room. My partner replied that we would be back in one hour however, when we got back my suitcase was lying outside in the corridor. New room was nice, went out on night 2 and came back around 1am. Gate to hotel locked and no one responding to buzzer, we climbed the gate. That night we got no sleep due to hearing rats moving behind the headboard in the wall. Security guard was friendly. Not a good experience and we stayed elsewhere on our final night due to the loud noises of the rats, very uncomfortable.

I couldn't make the review the last month because the place is very new, so I'll do it now. It's a new family business with excellent service. They really helped us during our stay there. Good advices and always doing more than you expected. The rooms are very good and I really encourage you to stay here. Especially during these tough times to support this good and family business. Bikes are for free and are very easy to get old town.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
