This is a beautiful state of art hotel that is elegant and modern. The lobby is expansive and bright. The rooms are lovely and spacious. Parking is right next to the hotel. This is a sophisticated hotel for the discerning traveler. We loved everything about this hotel and felt spoiled, because the staff was very friendly and polite. It was the perfect seat to end our travels. It is only 10 minutes from Ban Jelačić square. Highly recommended, we will definitely come back.

Magnificent place! Where to start? So many details here tells a story, from the moment you arrive, centrally located with a perfect private parking in front of the doors, you are few steps and inside a five star home. Personally, after a long day I just wanted to enjoy an evening spa before sleep and this was a dream come true. Hard hours felt better with a midnight sauna, btw its available 24 hours just for hotel guests. The only one in Zagreb, this hotel is unique in so many ways...

Very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the renovation, spaciousness and the cleanliness of the room! The renovation is befitting it's 5-star status. High ceiling, lushly carpeted floors, amenities that makes daily task a breeze. My only gripe is that the air conditioning is a bit loud, perhaps the unit in my room is worn out and the fan bearings needs replacing. Otherwise, it was a fantastic experience and superb value for the money!

Good overall experience. On check in we were informed that they have upgraded our room which was very nice. On the downside the room did not have a bath which was main reason why we chose the hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful with everything including transport to the airport. Would recommend.

Lovely lovely hotel and reasonable price. Staff are super attentive. Room is bright, clean, and spacious. The food is great too. I will be back to stay again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
