        Came with my partner for this visit. Not worth it and nothing special, but not an awful visit. Felt quite dirty, particularly the bathroom. You can tell the shower does not get cleaned between bookings (or maybe even at all…) as ours had what looked like mold seeping through the bottom glass of the shower. A previous visitors toothbrush was also left and just overall there did not appear to be any attention to detail when it came to cleanliness. The shower also leaks and drips for a while after showering so quite annoying when trying to sleep. Otherwise, the bed was comfortable and the AC was ideal for such hot days in Lisbon.

        Overall eperience was okay. When we first arrived the people at the reception were very welcoming. The lady gave us the code for our room, main door and password for WiFi. Room was nice and clean on arrival, however, the smell bathroom drain filled the whole room. 2 days into our stay we had to request the room to be cleaned, even leaving the sign on the door. We had not received clean towels, bed sheets, or fresh water. Returning to the room the sign had been removed and the room not touched at all! There's no staff after 4pm, nobody to help you👎🏽. Managed to call and speak to a staff member. He was kind and appologised for the situation but still wasn't able to solve the problem. Not really happy about the situation and in all honesty I would not stay or recommend this place. Breakfast is very limited, same options everyday. Food is not always fresh.

        First of all, it should be called le dernier suites. We spent 4 days there and saw none of the staff, nobody we could talk to and arrange a breakfast that was apparently from 9.30 - 10.30 am. No complementary water or whatever they promised. Coffee machine was great though. Someone supposedly comes there but not before 8-9 am and stays there untill 4 pm. The rest of the day it was really like a ghost hotel. At our first arrival, at 3 pm via e-mail we received the codes for the hotel and room door and it was ok but on the way back from the Azores to the same place - nothing. Later on in the night we received the codes from our last stay that were invalid. In the middle of the night we had to give up and find a real hotel. Our situation helped us understand what the guy from our first visit was going through. He was probably in the same situation, in the hallway with all his stuff for 4-5 hours in the evening... He and us could only be thankfull to the good guests of the hotel that were kind enough to let us in. Still, we couldn't get to our rooms or use the toilet. And the toilet... really noisy, more like a pneumatic drill that wakes everyone up. If you are coming when someone is there, it could be a really nice place to stay in but is it worth a risk?

        Great place for a night in Lisbon. Location is only 5 min from Blue metro line which makes it perfect. Breakfast included. Hint: rooms are a little smaller than expected.
