        This is one of the most disappointing hotels we have had the displeasure of staying at. First, our paperwork, the internet, and the sign on the hotel's window say check-in is at 2 pm. We arrived at 1 pm knowing that it was possible that the room wasn't going to be ready. So the staff offered to hold our luggage while we went to find something to eat. When we returned at 2:15 pm, the gentleman at the desk said the room wasn't ready and then argued that check-in was at 3 pm after the manager had told us it was 2 pm. When we finally received our room and went up to our room we noticed the room was very old and rundown looking, the walls were an ugly green colour, and the bedspread was torn. The final straw was that there was no air conditioning in the room. We specifically chose this hotel because they advertised that they have air conditioning. When we notified the front desk we were told that this was June in Paris and it was warm so the room would be warm. The manager offered to bring us fans to the room. This was unacceptable. We eventually had to decide to leave the hotel as the room was too uncomfortable. The manager and the staff are extremely rude and not very helpful.

        We celebrated our granddaughter 16th birthday in Paris. Everything was perfect, except maybe the cold and wet November weather. The staff were all so friendly, the location was perfect. The memories are priceless. We highly recommend this hotel, Best, Terry deWaal

        Lovely hotel within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Friendly staff and reasonable rates. We stayed in Executive Suite 001 on the first floor. While we were a little worried being on the ground level, our worries were quickly put to rest. The Suite was very quiet with automated room darkening blinds and curtains. Comfortable beds and a nice sitting area in our Suite. AMPLE storage space for clothing with beautiful LED lighting. Clean, modern bathrooms with hair dryers that actually work! The staff were all very kind and friendly. We highly recommend Le Relais Saint-Honoré and will definitely stay again in our future trips to Paris.

        My teenage son and I stayed in a twin superior room with breakfast. The location was unbeatable. Walking distance to Louvre, Angelina Cafe, Granite (Michelin star restaurant). Reasonable rates. Room was efficient and made good use of the space. Breakfast was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. They arranged a driver to take us to the airport at 6 am. The only issue we had was the stylish shower that did not have a full door so water would overflow a bit and spill over to the floor. It didn't bother us though, we were in Paris and loving every minute! Highly recommend and would stay there again.
