We stayed from 26-28 jan 2024. Property is good and not to expensive. Also food quality is good. Staff is also cooperative. They are missing the elevator right now in their property hope that come soon. Nice one to stay!!

It's a newly built property so everything was clean and well maintaned. The rooms were very spacious and had good interiors but the only problem was with the bathroom. The slope wasn't right and all of the water was coming towards the room. There was no place to keep shower gel, shampoo etc. while taking a bath. Atleast something should be provided. The staff was courteous and good. The food in the restaurant was also decent but the buffet breakfast timings were bit late ( 9 a.m. onwards ) and not much options were there. They had a big car parking area and a garden.

One of the best resort in Udaipur, rooms are really spacious and the view from the rooms are really amezing mountain and pool view gives you a different feeling, food is very tasty staff is very cooperative big lawn for outdoor activities. Must visit resort..

Our family thoroughly enjoyed stay at Villa Le Palms Resort & Spa Udaipur just after Dipawali 2023. The staffs were always pollite,helpful & well behaved The food was excellent, our pallet needs (particulaly for gym goers ) were met as demanded. The Hi tea was bit late around 6 to 8PM for all guests, may be with consideration of the outgone guests would be back,hence enjoy the savoury. Dinner again serves on time & lip-smacking. The hotel ambience was lovely & very serene. Mountain scenery from our rooms were awesome & workout in room balcony was very revitalized. Swimming pool was an added advantage, which only I enjoyed from my family. We didnt took spa treatments so not knowing about the service. Had a very relaxed stay. Great service amazing hospitality. Lovely building, calming greenery, serene. Intially hot water was issue but resolved immediately by the staff Mr.Chandan & Owner. Owner very young chap in just 20s is modest & was in touch with most of the guests. Very extraordinary hospitality under his guidence. Parking zone & Enterance to Resort need bit uplift but its not hindering or affecting your pleasure. We definitely like to visit again & recommend the stay.

We had a family stay at this place post Diwali 2023. It's a wonderful property and newly built up resort. Excellent lawn and pool. While it's not fully operational and certain things under construction, the services were still good and well managed. 100/ 100 to the chef for serving amazing food. We totally enjoyed our meals bhindi kurkure and masala, daal makhani, daal fry, chicken curry, laal mass, pasta, every single thing. Entire staff is courteous and polite. It's off the city but worth the stay... Fantastic stay and family time.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
