We usually don't stay with BW but this was a collection hotel and we decided to try. The rooms are cozy but nicely laid out even for a couple with a kid. We had an issue in the bathroom that was quickly and professionally fixed. Breakfast is excellent. Staff helpful and responsive. Special thanks to Joris, whose caring, cheerful and attentive disposition made our sejour so much more memorably. Would come again.

I had a late arrival to which the receptionist was very helpful and even called me in the room to make sure I was happy with everything. The room was clean, everything and more. The view was incredible and it made my time with my partner so much more special. I am so happy I picked this hotel. I think the modern take on it is great and sets it apart from the rest. Ideal for walking around, 5 minutes from old town and shopping street and 10mins away from the train station. I will definitely be back. Thank you x

Lovely hotel. Great location. Lovely friendly welcome. 5 mins from both the nearest tram station and main train station. 10 mins to old town and beach. Nice area and lovely building. Modern interior which results in a very clean crisp room. Was spotless. Nice to sit out at the balcony with a bottle of wine and watch the world go by. Quiet at night - I'm a light sleeper but surprisingly quiet overnight. Lovely coffee shop across the road, and a couple brilliant restaurants just a street or 2 away (L'antica & Le Vingt4) so no need to venture into the hustle and bustle to eat if you don't want to some nights. Fab supermarket too - handy for late afternoon wine time before going out for dinner! Would def come back to same hotel when I return to Nice, thank you for a great stay.

Beautiful hotel - very clean and brand new. We were lucky to get a balcony room on the first night which had a stunning view. The staff were lovely and very helpful. Highly recommend.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
