I recently had the opportunity to stay at your hotel, and overall, I had a pleasant experience. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, and the amenities provided were quite satisfactory. However, I would like to bring to your attention an issue that left me disappointed. Kindly UPGRADE your televisions. I mean we're staying in year 2023, and still your property (and even suite where we stayed) don't have smart televisions where videos can be casted from phone. I mean that's very disappointing. I asked for technical guy to come and provide us any device which can help in screen casting or android share. But no can help. I hope you take my feedback constructively and make the necessary improvements to enhance the guest experience at your hotel. I believe that by addressing this issue, you can continue to provide exceptional service and maintain a positive reputation. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

This hotel is amazing, everything is good quality, very clean and the staff is great. It was such a pleasant surprise that we decided to prolong our stay here. Ayoun at the reception was so helpful and nice, I have to admit that thanks to him we decided to stay more and we are so happy with this decision. I totally recommend this hotel, because of the friendly staff, the great pool&spa, the wonderful restaurants and the vibe of the place.

This was seriously the best hotel we stayed at! The service is UNMATCHED! All the Muhammad’s working here were so kind and genuinely wanted us to enjoy Abu Dhabi. It is located in a nice area, with lots of food options near by. We liked how there was a club inside the hotel and it was free for us to visit. We truly enjoyed the services here; everything was so clean and nice. 10/10 stay here!!!!

I was their for 5 nights with my wife and it was amazing, the food which cafe palmier served us was amazing, chef Mercy and the wonderful waitress (Jyoti) provided us a beautiful and unforgetable hospitality which me and my wife wont ever forget. The house keeping was ever on time and focused. We loved the view of our hotel room and we shall be back very soon.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
