Absolutely fantastic accommodation in the heart of Rome. Antonella was the perfect host, sent me all the instructions about how to access the property ahead of time and answered any questions we had. I cannot rate this place highly enough. The location was fantastic, right near Manzoni station. 15 minute walk to the colosseum. The room was clean, comfy, modern and quiet. The waterfall shower was great, and the aircon was lovely and refreshing after being in 30 degree heat all day! We absolutely love Rome, and we will be recommending this place to all our friends and family and staying here when we return to Rome. Thank you Antonella, 5*!

Very clean, central to a lot of attractions. There is a communal coffee machine and microwave. Great for couples. Not so great for families especially with kids under 5. The elevator is tiny so you can't fit a pram into it. It's on the second floor so we had to carry the pram up each time.. Included breakfast is a coffee and croissant which okay for one day.

Location is okay to everything, but not convenient for families, the lift is tiny, so you end up having to drag everything up stairs. Streets around are very dirty and a lot of overgrown vegitation, a lot of dog poo on footpaths 🇮🇪🇮🇪🇮🇪. Okay for short stay

A lovely room and very spacious. Decor was high standard and impeccably clean. I've always been wary of inner city hotels as the noise can mean little sleep but the windows were great quality and noise proof meaning a great sleep. The room has a shabby chic vibe and bathroom and shower was fantastic. Room comes equipped with tv, free wifi, mini fridge and air con. Eleonora was a fantastic host helping book our airport transfer and gave advice when I asked about attractions. The metro is down the road and lots of restaurants on the same street or 5 minute walk away. Pleasantly surprised by the stay and made the trip so much nicer knowing we had a comfortable and clean room to go back to which was also easy to get to using the metro. I definitely recommend.

A beautiful room with a shabby chic vibe and a clean, modern bathroom. The room is equipped with wifi, a small fridge and a working TV! Complementary tea and coffee supplied too. A comforting and safe feeling with noise proof windows which meant a great night of sleep! ELeonora was extremely hospitable and warm and even arranged our airport transfer on our departure. A short walk to the Metro and good restaurant's are only a stones throw away. Would highly reccommend! Thank you for a good stay.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
