The hotel is located very conveniently to eateries, other convenience stores, next to the petrol station. It's before GPO and Genting Highlands. The hotel has been well kept and clean. A minor issue encountered was that the shower area water does not flow very well and it would take some time for the water to disperse. Would definitely stay here again. Please continue to keep this hotel well maintained. Thank you!

Not worth the price for a stay at same area. Room is very very small and dirty. Table is sticky. Staff working at their own sweet time. Those driving, do take note that it is chargeable at RM11 per night at visitor parking. Yet asking for your car plate number which i feel it's useless since hotel not providing any parking spot. Problem finding room. The numbering is only at the front but walking in there's another side hidden without numbering. Room is totally not sound proof. The noise of next door and ppl talking at corridor is quite disturbing.

This was probably one of the best places I've stayed in Genting. It's not too high up the mountain top and relatively close to all the shops / restaurants and bars without burning your wallet while you're up there. I have to say the check in process was relatively smooth and the apartment itself was very clean and spacious for about 9 of us travelling. Will definitely stay here in the future.

Everything is in order. What's there to complain?! I wish I can move in here! Amenties below and near the petrol station. A good massage palour at the petrol station too. A little far from the Premium Outlets but it's fine. Will come back again. Affordable. Friendly staff. Quiet and Clean.

Literally facing the loudest area in genting. The road has no bumps so cars are racing through all night (its 1AM Right now). We also had to park our cars way out the area cause theres extremely LIMITED parking (only allowed in L2). Brew house is also located just downstairs so we can enjoy the loud music while we sleep :) Completely ruined our night.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
