The rooms are spacious but they don't provide extra bed eventhough you can play soccer in their rooms. It's actually pretty clean room but i found a big mosquito and some insect in my room and their bathroom is quite smelly. They don't provide a hot water to drink in their room. You need to go to lobby, there is a dispenser in there. Not really thoughtful isn't? You must ready with deposit money for each room 50k too, in cash. Spookiest part, there was some noise at night. Like people move their furniture around and a lots of people talking at 1 or 2AM. That makes my mom wake up at that night :)

The cleanliness of the room was very poor, two out of three times I stayed here there were always mice roaming around in the room, the mice even ate our food when we left the room. I have complained to the hotel but there has been no action or compensation at all, even though there could be rats roaming on the bed or blanket when left behind. Even though it looks clean, it's possible that mice have left droppings in the room. Not recommended at all.

This hotel is recommended😍 If I could give it a score of 100, I would give it a score of 100. When you first checked in, you were greeted by the hotel staff who were friendly and kind, continued to be given market snacks, the hotel was neat, clean and complete. the rooms are also really nice to make you feel comfortable. the AC is loud, the room is cute ❤️❤️😍 Get free tea and coffee too. For a 200 thousand hotel it's really worth it. Fix, I will come here again if I go to Jakarta. and the security guards, all the staff are friendly☺️ If you want to pray, you are also offered a mukenah and prayer mat. The parking lot is also closely guarded 24 hours by very friendly security guards. good job leaf hotel! keep it up yeah. I hope it sells well with lots of visitors.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
