Our stay here was excellent from the minute we arrived we were treated so well. The staff here are so welcoming and amazing. We received an upgrade on the tower block suite which was perfect, so spacious clean and beautiful balcony views of the city. The breakfast was lovely, we sat out by the pool each morning. There is a crepe and pancake chef who makes them to order. There is tower lounge is for guests who are in the tower block, the lounge offers free drinks and snacks up until 6pm each day. Again the staff here are lovely and welcoming, they are very attentive with the refilling and go that extra mile. The sky bar on the roof of the hotel also has amazing views, the drinks here are extremely expensive. All in all I would return here, well worth the money and such a stunning hotel which excellent staff.

review only about rooftop. View is nice, setup and light of bars awesome. Vibe not that great partially because of music, but also staff, not giving you time to check the place and harassing you with their menu.

The view from our hotel room was amazing, we spent 6 nights and celebrated NYE it was great. We had dinner at breeze on the 52nd floor the food was delicious but it is very expensive btw it wasn’t NYE day it was just regular night so we decided to stayed and watched the Nye fireworks inside our hotel room balcony it was really fun though. The hotel needs some renovation the shower is not very pleasant and it looks really old. Breakfast was excellent they have a lot to offer, rooftop bars are overpriced compared to other rooftop bars in Bangkok. Elevator always busy as usual other than that our stay was good. Still 4 star for me.

During my stay at this hotel in 2019, I had the opportunity to write a review, and I must say it left a lasting impression. Upon my arrival, drenched from the rain and without reservation, the staff displayed exceptional respect and politeness. Despite feeling a bit uneasy entering a 5-star hotel in such a state, they promptly assisted us. Learning I was an Amex Platinum holder, they graciously upgraded us to a stunning room with a city view, featuring a spacious living area, a sizable bathroom, and a balcony. The above-and-beyond customer service and the comfort of the room solidified this hotel as my top choice in Bangkok.

Just perfect. One of the best hotels we have ever been to. Breakfast was excelent, delicious and rich, the rooms are spacious and perfectly equipped, great view to the city and skyscrapers and the staff is professional and friendly. The Sky bar is luxurious and the atmosphere is just magical.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
