Building is narrow, almost easy to miss. The check in took so long, and their waiting area consists of 3 monobloc chairs. The elevator is also kinda slow. Having said that, if you're looking for a basic stay it is a good option. Pricing wise, it matches the no frills access you get. There were comfortable beds, not sure the linens were washed, to be honest. The shower water temp was great, but you couldn't close the CR door from the outside, because then you would get locked out. We were not informed about this so when it happened - I had to call 3x in as many hours to get someone to fix it. This place is in a red light district so convenience stores and 24 hr cafes and restos are available. Ironically you could hear afternoon church sermons give way to club music almost within minutes of each other. Yes, the noise does reach the room but I found it wasn't loud enough to rob me of sleep or anything.

Okay there is a reason I am giving them 5 stars. First you have to realize it is a very cheap price for a room. The rooms are clean. AC works amazing. We are in the Philippines so if course the TV is philippines and no English. You want American TV bring a Kindle fire stick. Shower was perfect. Now why did I give them 5 stars. The staff is amazing. Friendly and willing to help. This is not a bad place for the price. If you are looking to save then this is your place.

Great value. Good wifi shower etc. I definitely recommend but just change rooms if you get a dud like mine. Also the pricing was wrong on website and I was told not to use Agoda. A/C in superior room leaks a ton and makes room smell like trash I believe.

There was a good room with good view. Room was clean but some room appliances was not there like hairdryer, close closet (didn’t have door). Bathroom shower was broken as well and TV connection was too bad. Now you can judge by yourself. However, room was very clean and spacious for two people. It was good with prices so not regrettable. The location was good too because of very easily accessible P. Burgos street, 7 Eleven convenient store, few restaurants, bars, and transportation. It was good deal! Hotel’s staff was very cooperative and helpful too. Thanks!

I get to Manila with two weeks booked here. They tell me the prices uploaded to Agoda are incorrect. I thus had to cancel my booking! I was sitting in the lobby with nowhere to go and freaking out. Literally needed to rebook at a higher price or find a new hotel. Not the end of the world but beware! If this place seems priced cheaply to you, the hotel merely might have uploaded the wrong prices. Currently, many October prices on Agoda are incorrect at the moment. Check with the hotel first to confirm the prices. This place is still one of the cheapest / nicest in makati though so even with the headache I’m still trying to get a room here.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
