        its a good place if its just "crash for a time". The rooms are clean but not soundproof because you can hear people outside the rooms. no free water or disposable slippers. the room attendants are accomodating tho.

        This is NOT a 3 star hotel. Very small room. Very tiny bathroom. Non existent internet. No TV selection to speak of. It is a place to "crash" On the UP side, everyone was extremely helpful and pleasant. Oh, taxis can't find it either. All of them got lost.

        okay room. quite clean and has a balcony which we loved. however the staff does not seem to be trained. i arrived at 2pm for my check in but the still said it is still being cleaned. i asked again and they did not answer my question. also they rang the doorbell early in the morning asking if we were the ones who called even when our room is set to DND we were not the ones who called. also the inn goes upto 5 floors maybe more but there is no elevator

        It's good value for money. The location is close to the skyway and downtown. Rooms are clean. No elevator. No professional staff.

        The rooms are exactly what's in the pictures. The king size bed is king. The walk up to the 5th floor is quite a walk up but when you get there the fresh air and the view is fantastic. I booked this hotel because I have a lot of errands to do and just walking up 5 stories or five flights if stairs I wanted to sleep when I got to the top seeing the comfortable bed. The 5th floor I would recommend to people who want to watch Netflix and just stay in the whole day. I still love the fresh air in the room I opened all the doors and windows and just sat there and enjoyed the view. Overall for the price I would still recommend this place. The guy who checked me in also answers the 0 or room service they don't have any in house restaurant and he said he would bring my grab food order up which I didn't want 5o bother him I think for an extra 150 pesos which was my change in 1500 I paid for the room 1350 for 24 hours stay an elevator for two would be a great add on especially if it was all glass and it could be a great attraction also. And kindly ask people first if they can walk up 5 flights I'm actually a PWD or a person with disability but I seldom use my card in hotel bookings or restaurants. I recommend this hotel for teens and adults but not fo elderly people above 30.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
