Are you contemplating about staying here or still on the fence about it and need to read reviews to make up your mind? Here’s a straight forward response: DO NOT stay here. The only 5 star reviews here were forced upon the customer to write from management, or written by the employees themselves to make this place appear like nothing is fine. There is a nightly deposit of $100. •If you’ve ever wanted to stay in a crackhead’s SRO, this is the next best experience to that. •The pictures on the hotel website do not reflect what the property looks like now. Those pictures are from 2010. It’s really sad. •Walls are VERY thin. You can hear your neighbors, even when they’re quiet (or having intimacy). •Kid friendly (the worst part). •The only renovated room on the top floor (west side of building) looks different from the rest because of a homicide in 2022 (yes, really). •The parking situation only fits small or compact cars. Good luck fitting your hummer. •Rooms / bathrooms are not thoroughly cleaned, dusted or washed on a regular basis. •trashy, loud families stay here with no consideration or respect for their neighbors (or even themselves). •Beware of the rooms: 101, 201, 301 and 401. These are categorized as “1Bedroom Suites” with two queen beds. They have one double and a pull out sofa. On the plus side they are a corner unit and offer full size kitchens. What is great there: •security •location •toaster in kitchen makes a great bath bomb •leaving immediately after check-in & going somewhere else. •great place to shoot up drugs with the homeless but don’t let your mistress see you. I chose this place for its location primarily. It's close to downtown Reno and all the amenities it provides. But not so close that the noise and the homeless issue is a problem. Because no one likes to be constantly hit up for money when entering and exiting their hotel. This place also offers great amenities of its own. With a game room, outdoor putting green, BBQ area, small gym, and an indoor pool and sauna. The entire building has secure entry. With your key card required to enter the main property. As well as two covered parking areas. The staff are truly accommodating and friendly. And the rooms are better than most you'll find, with the exception of the casinos, I guess. But I prefer to stay away from the casinos. All rooms provide a small kitchen, and all necessary items are provided. The bathrooms are good size, and all soap, shampoo, and conditioner are provided as well. The beds are extremely comfortable as well. Overall, it's one of the best places I've ever stayed in the Reno and Sparks area. Highly recommend it.

The property is one I will not stay at again. As soon as we pull up, we are trying to figure out how to get to the parking and we were immediately met by a yelling man that seemed to be security. He was literally at our driver door window pretty much yelling in our faces. Once we parked, I headed in to check in. Check in was fine, not much of a hassle. We had reservations for a suite with 2 queen beds and the sofa bed. We walk into our hotel room and we find only 1 queen bed and 2 sofa beds. The bed was the only one that had a full set of blankets and sheets and pillows. The sofa beds did not come with any extra sheets, we had to go ask for bed essentials. The couches on the sofa beds were ripped all over, a lot of stains on them. Because of the nature of sofa beds, I had no other choice than to get a separate room at Circus Circus to accommodate those that were going to sleep in the supposed second queen bed. It was what I was trying to avoid but I had no choice and had to reserve a room. Experience was ok, first time for everything but I most likely will never be staying here again. There were only 2 things I did appreciate which was that it was dog friendly, for a pet fee of course and it was close to the casinos. Those were the only 2 things I liked at this location.

The rooms need an upgrade it’s noisy. And you can hear the equipment shake. And the heater and ac don’t work. You can hear the neighbors. The church bell ringing every 30 mins is annoying. And parking is horrible. There’s not a lot of kitchen utensils.

Awesome staff, clean, quiet, full kitchen with oven. Great place for a night, vacation, or short term to find a home. They are respectful and understanding. They make sure your stay is what you wanted. I love this property.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
