The hotel is padlocked. Nobody opened the gate. 2 hours waiting outside teh property. I try to call the hotel but no one answered the phone and also knocked on the gate. It's better to be called a boarding house or home stay than a hotel. It doesn't have a 24-hour receptionist. Very BAD experience

Since it is located close to Senayan it is easier access the area around the Central Jakarta and it is as well easier to be accessed. The rooms provided are face to the open air so they are designed feel like home and home for the occupants. The price is good for long or extended stay for the visitor for low budget traveller. The room service and the wifi are good but breakfast is not provided. The car park is quite limited just for a few car it suited withe the rooms I think but don worry you can park your can along the road site. Grocery store available and closer is only Indomart though it closes by 10 pm. Just for the stay is good n recommended though you have to afford more budget for your transpor for exploring the area around or online driver is available for you anytime...

I stayed here for one night. In front of the hotel u may find a lot of food. The room is clean the bathroom is quite spacious. The staff was really helpful. The plant give a nice atmosphere everytime you open the window beside Le Green is kind of budget-chain-hotel and you can get special discount if u sign up to their website.

Not so clean. Thr curtain is dirty, the room size is small, but i'm happy to know that we get light breakfast such as coffee milk and toat bread. Nice.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
