i would describe my stay here as "terrible" this place's toilet is very very horrendous, the sink's drain pipe is leaking 🤢🤢 the water pressure is just sad bro, the floor ? dear god i got so mad when i first step into the toilet. They also provided us with a "soap" that has the consistency of mucus, deplorable ! i wouldnt wish my experience here to my worst enemy !

Very spacious and suitable for a family of four. Since we are in Langkawi.. Rooms are only used for taking bath and a good sleep... As we are outdoor most of the time... So Taking into this... Beds are good... Shower is good although slightly worn-out... Next to duty-free shop (must visit). Halal food are just around the corner. Perfect for those who have activities out of chenang beach.

Place was clean & comfortable. Staff were all smiling & helpful each time. My family & I stayed at a three rooms apartment. All are good. Loves the comfortable mattress, especially when you've been out and about all the whole day touring the island. Definitely will come again to stay

Like renting Airbnb apartment but the owner not really clean the house properly with dirty sheets, smelly fridge, etc. They just prepare empty cup and boilers and no tea/coffee or bottle water was prepared. The aircond in the living area not working properly, and the window's glass is broken and tapped with salotape. Location wise also not convinient unless you have rental car. Breakfast also bad, very simple. You can rent other place with the same price but better location, room, service & breakfast menu.

There are stains on the sofa, no coffee pack for my room, the water boiler is dirty, no water for a half day on my second day of stay here. Despite all of these the receptionists there are polite and they are willing to change my room to another one which has a bit a water left in the water tank.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
