Lovely hotel. Rooms renovated. Clean and reasonable space. All staff and Bar tender friendly. Good English which was nice for me. Breakfast was worth it. I would stay here again. Location is very central to many museums, metro line and shopping.

We have used this hotel only as the service to store our suitcase via an app for one day. We made the booking and payment through the app for one day which was about 9 €. On arrival at the hotel, I also wanted to leave a mini hand bag which was attached to the suitcase in the overhead area, so it was not going to take up any additional space in terms of m2. The guy who seemed to be in charge of reception or the manager, in a typical Parisian attitude of "it's your problem and not mine" would not let me if I did not pay for a second suitcase, and when I asked him the price he told me 12 €. It is not because of the 12 €, it is because of the fact and the attitude that I leave this message. I think the hotel to maintain its profitability targets did not need this unkind gesture, and I think a 1 star review is worse than being kind and considerate. I leave this message to educate and lower the fumes.

Location of hotel is great, but definitely not a 4* hotel. While staff was attentive and rooms were decent size with comfortable bed, we experienced several issues, including a sink that was so clogged it would not drain (took a day to fix), air conditioning that was mediocre at best, lack of towels provided with daily housekeeping, and, most importantly, an electronic door lock that rarely worked (we even asked to have the battery changed, but that never happened). You will pay 4* prices here only for the location. You will not get a 4* product. It was quite disappointing.

Was looking forward to staying in Paris, until the news broke of the bed bug outbreak in Paris. The customer service is beyond horrible for this hotel. We reached out numerous times to the hotel requesting accommodations due to the health crisis. Instead of being accomodated and provided helpful assistance, were given answers that are condescending in tone and offered no means of assistance since this hotel seemingly cannot work around their own policies. Did not end up going to Paris. The hotel stated it could guarantee there were no bed bugs whatsoever and there shouldn't be a problem since Paris Fashion Week was still happening. Terrible customer service. Would not recommend this place to anyone. If you want legitimate customer service, would recommend to look elsewhere on your trip.

After over 20years of international travel I have never encountered a group of more accommodating people in the hospitality industry. They were extremely helpful from answering questions to ordering taxis.A very special thank you to Sergay, Sonia and EMI. The breakfast staff was also amazing.The location is within a 5-minute walk to the Louvre and metro.The room was large and the hotel is spotless!There are plenty of restaurants and shops very close by. The only place I will now stay for my yearly trip to paris!Thank you again to an amazing staff.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
