Clean accommodation with standard hostel services. Overall nothing bad about this spot but nothing overly exciting either. Things to be aware of for future travelers. Had a private room on the top floor meaning the shared washrooms for me were a floor below (women's only washroom on the top floor). Only had drinks in the restaurant but found it to be a little over priced and there are lots of other places that offer better beer for cheaper nearby. The hostel is on a busy street, if your room is on the street side like we were, you will hear street noise all night.

Lovely place, lovely people. 😊 I booked a room just for my self. The toilet/shower room is close to the room and has everything you may need. The hostel has a café. Really comfy. But the best thing of the hostel is the people working there. Really helpful, really friendly. 10/10.

I don't get the good ratings. The beds are horrible. Whenever the one on the upper bunk moved I woke up because the entire bed was shaking. When they were climbing the ladder it felt like an earthquake. I only slept 3 hours because of that. The door lock system is also loud as hell. No lockers or place to put your luggage to other than under the bed. The hair dryer only had cold air and as there was air-conditioning everywhere I was freezing with wet hair. Other than that, the cafe is pretty and the place is quite clean, but that's all good I can say about it. Every amenity cost extra. There are only 3 toilets and 2 showers for the entire floor. I would not come again and even thought about moving out.

Loved everything about this place; staff is super nice, facilities are extremely stylish and clean, the coffee is some of the best I've ever had, and the food was also incredibly great. The second floor lounge was super comfortable to work in as well. ❤️❤️ If we are ever back in Kyoto we'd almost definitely choose to stay here again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
