Stayed for 6 nights in November. The WiFi was good and the bed was comfortable. The room was close to the elevator so there was some noise early in the morning but nothing extreme. The shower was of good quality and strong pressure and the shower gel and shampoo were a pleasure to use. We also had a balcony which was spacious and with decent views of the city. I'd visit again

Decent hotel for the price (if you’re able to get a discounted price, less than 100€). The staff is quite unfriendly but the rooms are fully functional and clean. The sound isolation is bad (you can hear everything 🫣), so in case you’re sensitive to noise, be mindful of this.

The stuff at the reception was one of the best I've ever met. Friendly and very very helpful from guiding us where to have dinner on the first evening when we arrived and was everything closed to helping book tickets for various events or excursions on the best price. Our rooms where at the 1st floor, so I can't say anything about any view... The window was just above the road and there were garbage bins just below the window but there was no problem with that. On the other hand, the stuff had tried to give us 2 rooms next to each other, as we were a family of 4 and that was very convenient. The cleaning stuff was very kind and quick. The breakfast was decent. But there was only one person serving and if anything was finished we had to ask for it and wait to refill. Furthermore, I was impressed (in a negative way) by the lady serving the breakfast, who was talking to us only in Spanish although she could speak good English (as we realised later) and had told her many times we don't speak Spanish. On the other hand, that is something we met almost everywhere in Madrid...

A mere 3 days suffice to develop an affection for this splendid hotel. The price, which is truly a fraction compared to the hotel's prime location and comprehensive range of services it offers, is worth noting. The staff members are not only friendly and welcoming, but also consistently wear welcoming smiles. The premises are consistently spotless, fragrant, spacious, and modern. The rooms are equipped with all conceivable necessities. The hotel's location is undeniably perfect, given its proximity to various amenities, including the metro station that connects to different city centers. The breakfast has everything you need to eat.

Good location as metro station was nearby and there were good amount of bars/restaurant options nearby. Room was good for the price but a bit small. Bathroom was nice and some rooms include bidet. Service was nice and helpful.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
