Great location and good wifi connection. Room 305 is a very small 1 person bedroom. You can hear everything. Your neigbours, the toilet, showers from other rooms. I believe this room is just next to the central sewage system and therefore very noisy when other toilets or showers are used. My advice is to use this room for maintenance or housekeeping. No experience in other rooms.

And the 3.5 stars goes to leonardooo because of its small room and the restroom and bathroom are smaller then the room which have full transparent glass and slider door. Breakfast is good enough and employees are interested and kind. The most important thing is it’s close to the centrum, it takes about 10 minutes by walking. And the street is silent at night, so you can sleep well.

Great location, great service from staff, but wasn't a great room unfortunately, it's extremely dated and the shower cubicle was tiny! The room itself needs an uplift and more light as its extremely dark, it did have good amenities and the location was perfect as I was on business and it was close to the office and some lovely little cafes and restaurants not to mention a 15 min walk to the main centre which was a bonus, wouldn't stay here again unfortunately!

Needs to be deep cleaned, and remodeled. Keep in mind this is not good for disabled people as they have multiple steps not only getting up to the front steps but there are multiple front steps and also from the lobby to the elevator there's another large set of steps so if you are not able to carry your heavy luggage it will be very difficult to move around this hotel during check-in and check out. In my room the air conditioning machine was so loud that I could barely sleep, even when I turned it off there was a generator next to it that continued shutting on and off with a very loud buzzing sound all night. It was insane. The shower is so small you can barely fit inside of it and there is nowhere to put any shampoo or soap. There is no counter in the bathroom either so there is nowhere to put your toiletries. The lighting is terrible in the room and they use red lights for some reason which make it really hard to see. And my parents room they stayed in a little bit larger room and there was a huge walk-in closet with no lighting and the only lights in the room were red and they had trouble seeing what they were grabbing from their suitcases. They said that their shower was even smaller than mine which I cannot even imagine considering the fact that I could barely fit inside of it as a small female. If it wasn't for the super friendly staff and incredible location this would get a one star from me. There was extremely rundown and outdated, from the decor and the old carpet to the lack of hygiene in the rooms. I didn't even want to touch anything in the room, dust bunnies, peeling paint, a layer of stickiness on the walls, specks of dirt covering everything, clear and visible stains on the headboards, and a general lack of attention to detail in the rooms. The decor is like a bad nail salon, cheap, uninspired, generic, hodge podge and random. Feels like a teenaged girl decorated the place on a budget. It means a serious renovation and deep clean for me to ever consider coming back here. I found it really strange that they would leave bread out on the front desk counter all day but when you went to grab a piece there were 50 flies that would fly off from it. Little things like that. Also the breakfast was not the best. It is very small it is decent if you want to have a very basic breakfast before the price it was not worth it. I would never stay here again but really appreciated the kind, friendly staff. The elevator was so tiny only 2 people could fit in it with bags, and it took a while to come so taking the stairs was required many times. Highly recommend staying in this area but unless you're super broke and used to staying in dirty hostels,

Kind of noisy place. Be prepared to wake up in the middle of the night. The management provides ear plugs that can help.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
