The Leonardo Hotel in Zurich was great! Although the rooms/bathroom are on the smaller side, the room provided everything we needed. The hotel was a great value for the amount of time we were staying. It is very close to the 9 & 10 Tram Lines, which allowed quick travel to down town, but also the hotel is close enough to walk to the center! Close to bakeries and restaurants. The room was clean and the water pressure was great! Only downside was the small shower and our safe was locked closed so we could not use it. Would stay here again!

Pros: The location is great. It's a walkable distance to town and there's also a tram station just outside that can bring you directly to town or the airport. There's a free minibar with refreshments and even beer. Cons: The bathroom had not been cleaned after the last stay, so there were intimate products within the trash bin. The duvet was too small for a double bed and the pillow was so thin that sleeping on the wood plank would've been more comfortable.

Poor experience for a high price, the bathroom was so small, and the bed duvet provided to us was only one piece of single bed size although we had booked double bed, the least they could have done was two either provide two single bed duvets or a double bed size duvet. The wifi signals were very poor in the room. so all in all its a 2 star hotel.

The location is good but you pay for that. It claims to be 4 stars but Switzerland Can get hot in the summer and there is no ac. It was like sleeping in a sauna it was unbearable. There was a fan in the room but it did nothing. It cools down outside a bit at night but even if you keep the windows open and listen to traffic all night and have bright lights in the morning it does almost nothing to cool the super heated room, which was not all that nice the bathroom was old and plastic-y.

Well located (on #10 tram route - to the University & airport). No street noise in my room which faced to the back and had a lovely view. The staff were courteous and breakfast was good. Did I mention the free coffee/tea and mini-bar?! Would stay there again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
