The entrance was beautiful and very roomy. The staff at the front desk were incredibly nice and very helpful. The room was huge (we had a 3 person room), there were 3 single beds and a nice sized bathroom, a good shower. The breakfast was good and the whole motel was very cleaned. The window didn't open all the way (only about 2-3 cm, apparently it was for our safety). The location was nice but right near an airport and very loud

Stayed here at short notice as trains were cancelled. Room was large. Bed comfortable. Breakfast was £12.50 per person and was fresh and plentiful. Negative was that the swimming pool had lots of floaty stuff that was off-putting. Steam and sauna were good.

About 6 miles away from the city center. Some of the lights and outlets in our room didn’t work. The food in the 24hr restaurant is pretty good. The staff is really friendly. On the night we arrived there was a family function in the reserved dining room section away from the bar but the kids from that area had taken over the bar and regular restaurant. They were running around the bar and restaurant as though they were in a “Chick-fil-A” indoor playground for over 2 hours with no supervision!

Visited last year with a friend but didn’t have the time to write a review. It wasnt the best on the outside but boy, the inside looked luxury. Staff were quick to check us in and we could staff being very friendly to young children while parents were getting checked in. My room was decent, not the best but average. Clean and good essentials provided. I’m a buffet person and that breakfast was scrumptious! Not much to choose from sadly. Their is a gym and pool included. Due to the short time of hotel spending I only dipped in the pool for half an hour. The changing rooms looked modern at one section but the other looked slightly dated. The pool temperature is perfect! At night it’s the best time to go! The lights come on and it feels magical (not much people go there during night so it’s pretty much private)! There are lovely deco, facilities and staff. Recommended!

Accommodation was simple and clean but nothing super fancy or modern. The hotel has a gym/pool and sauna which was free for hotel guests which was nice. The bar/dinning area was clean, abit pricey considering what was being offered (which was nothing special). Buses where not too far away but allow a decent amount of travel time to get anywhere of significance. The main strip of shops/restaurants is a decent walk away (about 30-45min) or about 10-15 by bus and had a few decent places to eat but again nothing special. Compared to staying anywhere closer to Edinburgh this place was alot cheaper so if your looking to save some money on accommodation and are happy to deal with the extra travel time I would recommend the Leonardo hotel Edinburgh otherwise if your looking for more of a luxury hotel or ideally located hotel this one might not be for you.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
