Consider the 10-15 mins driving to the airport. We booked through hotel tonight app and got a good deal but the first room we ended up in was very tiny and 2 single separated beds and the second room we had to change cause it smelled like cigarettes. We finally ended in a cozy room, quiet… carpets have spots all over, as they are maybe too old. We haven’t had breakfast but you can get it starting at 6am. 10 points to the guy at the desk we met at our arrival! Thank you for your help!

Awesome place to stay. Centered in a small forest with walking/biking trails. Half-mile from Frankfurt stadium and Frankfurts light rail system. Breakfast buffet was awesome and was included with our room. Dinner menu was light but everything we tried was great. Even if I don't attend a game on my next trip I would still consider staying here as easy access to light rail makes exploring the rest of Frankfurt easy. Do note, this location is near the airport and almost directly under the flight path. You wouldn't know this inside. But if you are enjoying their outdoor patio you will.

Stopped for 1 night to rest after our unfortunate event at Frankfurt airport. This is the second Leonardo Hotel tried, first in Milan then here. Both seems off the main road in a quiet location. This place is 10-min from airport in an isolated location, so it’s almost unethical for the hotel to ask payment for parking when it’s the only parking around for miles to be close to the hotel they paid for. Baffles my mind to think where else did the hotel expect the customers to park when opting for their meager effort of a hotel. I would think if parking is paid, my car would be secured under a roof away from the elements, maybe then the 13-15€ for parking would be justified. Check your sheets, there was a foot size water stain on the bed sheets we had and dirt stains, it made the entire room feel unsanitized. I don’t think they change bed sheets, maybe just the bathroom towels but you can request bedsheet changed. The bath had few hairs and dirt spots, more like a motel feeling and not a hotel. Bar/Restaurant had a nice quiet atmosphere, however menu was not impressive. Main meals consisted of just 3 items: schnitzel, burger, and fish and chips.

Rooms:very bad and old ,come on Leonardo management how can you sell a rooms like that middle of europe . Pics what you show re totally not the same like what you give a rent. Location;very bad Cleaning :not good rooms re fungused and bad smell Bedcomfort,:very bad I paid for 5 days and left from your hotel after a terrible night and keep.that 4 days money as a change for.you..maybe you can spend it for some rennovation. Never never again at your hotel!!!!!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
