No complaints - exactly what you would expect. Excellent location around the museums and walkable downtown. Small rooms but tidy. Super warming and helpful staff. Much more affordable than nearby options. Would stay again.

Lovely tidy and clean rooms, quaint building. The staff were wonderful, so welcoming every time you came through the door, always happy to help. On check out we were giving a small gift which was a great additional touch. Perfect location, overall would say this is fantastic for a semi budget hotel (it can be pricey but totally worth it!) in central Amsterdam. Will 100% be back to stay again on my next visit. Thank you.

My friend and I have just returned from a city break in Amsterdam, staying at the Leonardo hotel. Throughout our stay all the staff were approachable, friendly and had the willingness to help if required. We were really impressed with the location, we were able to walk to the majority of attractions that were on our list. There was plenty to see and do, food and drink vendors were readily available surrounding the hotel. We are hoping to return to Amsterdam in the near future and will definitely be looking to book rooms at the Leonardo again.

Great location and in walking distance of everything. After a 12+ hour travel day with little to no sleep, arrived too early to check in. I had hoped we’d be able to check in early due to reviews saying that they were accommodated and unfortunately we were unable to. We waited 5 hours in the lobby across from the desk until we could check in. We get to the room and the tv does not work, we go downstairs the receptionist said she knew about it and the technician was supposed to fix it but never did. Why were we not notified upon check in that an amenity that is part of our fee was not working? The next day, we are gone for a whole day, we come back and the tv is still not working. We go downstairs again, the man says “he did not know about it”. Very frustrating as we would like something to watch after a day of walking around. If this is something that is advertised, we’d like to be able to use it otherwise, another accommodation should be made. The superior triple room is a good size, no complaints there. The bathroom is nice as well. The lift works fine. The location is what makes this hotel a good find. It was affordable depending on your party size.

Good hotel, easy access from the train station. very competent and attentive staff Dark occupied room with lack of cleaning, dusty floor, dirty bathroom wall. It may be due to the room provided located on floor -1, but for a 4-star Hotel all rooms should offer the same qualities. Floor -1 noisy from 6 am due to the noises of the kitchen preparing breakfast.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
