Next to the train main station. Rooms were very clean and the night receptionist was really helpful. Delicious breakfast served with a smile 😊 during the Christmas festivities they served very good hot mulled wine

Unfortunately when you get off the train you are bombarded with drunks, drug addicts, crack heads and derros. Then you walk 200mt to the hotel feeling unsafe and walk to the entrance between the loiterers to a small reception area. Our room was small but functional. Bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Pillow was huge and out of shape, mould in the shower. Breakfast was average, juice was very artificial tasting. It was super close to the station, but i think thats was makes it more unpleasant. Nightclub next door and music till 5am makes sleeping more difficult. We wont be staying here again.

Nice little room in good location close to transportation and not a far walk to main shopping district. Fantastic staff very helpful. And the breakfasts absolutely fantastic great way to start a day 🤣

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
