Had a 3 night stay with my husband and son. Room was lovely. Beds comfortable, great view from window. Bathroom was clean, great shower and good hair dryer. Perfect location for walking or metro. Would definitely stay again.

Nice hotel in a good location near the San Bernardo metro station. Just 2/3 minutes away on foot. A friend of mine and I stayed in a double room. The room was clean and tidy, the beds were comfortable and a bottle of still water was complimentary on arrival. In the room there was also a cattle to make coffee and tea. Nice touch. The minibar in the room was empty, but it was useful as we used it to keep our drinks cold. However, just round the corner there is a small shop to purchase something to drink and eat in the room. Very convenient. The hotel provides good quality towels and shower gel, but no room slippers. Moreover, in the bathroom there is no bidet, no fan and no toilet brush which is a little bit weird not to find such an item. Breakfast is served in a pretty area located on the ground floor that is clean and pleasant to spend time in. Overall breakfast is not the best as there is no so much variety of products; yet quality of food was good. Coffee and other hot beverages were brewed by a machine as there is no bar in the breakfast room. For those who do not want to have breakfast in the hotel, just next door there is a small cafeteria that sell freshly made croissants. Overall I would recommend Leonardo Hotel for its location and price. Good option for couples and families alike.

We used this hotel as a base while checking my son into his study abroad program. The first recognition goes to a great hotel staff that worked with me to accept my son’s luggage which they would need to receive and hold a week ahead of our arrival. They did it willingly and it was right there on arrival. Then I would comment the staff was very classy and kind throughout the stay; friendly, smiling, helpful. The room was nice (a little dated) and the beds were comfortable! The shower had great pressure and hot water. The location was easily walkable to all areas of central Madrid, but this location is also very close to buses and the metro station. Great hotel. Recommended!

A really nice hotel with excellent service. Room was really clean, air conditioning was good. My only real complaint is that we wanted a double room and it was two single beds pushed together. The beds were on wheels and there didn’t seem to be a way to stop them moving all over the place - my boyfriend fell in between them at one point! It was a little noisy also, but nothing a pair of earplugs couldn’t fix.

beautiful reception and perfect service, lack of an active bar, the rooms well decorated and furnished, the parking elevator leaves nothing to be desired, it needs serious renovation. the very generous breakfast and the perfect service. a very nice hotel

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
