Room was on the small side, and found it weird that the bathroom door was right beside the bed, but otherwise fine. Pleasantly surprised that the room came with a nespresso machine but did not have a chance to use it. The hotel lobby was nice and comfortable, check-in was smooth and staff was polite. Had their breakfast and the spread was quite good. Location is just a short distance away from the train station, with food options aplenty.

One of the best breakfast buffets I’ve come across - a very expansive continental spread that has different hot offerings each day. The location is very central - just near the main train station. The only downside is the tiny rooms - you are literally 1m away from the person on the toilet on the one side of the bed; and the fairly ineffective air conditioning. You can open the windows - but it’s as noisy as you’d expect given the location. The room was very clean and the reception very helpful.

An absolute nightmare. Hair on the bed when we checked in and now our shower has completely flooded the washroom and bedroom and the staff said nothing to do but wait until someone can see the shower door tomorrow. Now we are stuck without a shower. No soap and no lotions or other amenities in the bathroom. Breakfast is an extra 19 euros. We paid a very high amount of money to stay here and they didn't offer anything to make up for their error. I am a seasoned traveller and have not seen this type of treatment at any hotel in the world. Edit: as the response from the management shows, we had a whole evening without a shower and we paid over 400 dollars a night for this hotel. They said they couldnt move us to another room. To me this is unacceptable regardless of if a technician showed up the next day, as the price charged per night should reflect the service received. Only thing we got was an offer for 10% refund for 1 night. I would still not recommend this hotel and won't be staying here again.

Note: Unlike the name implies, this hotel is NOT at the Arabellapark. That is really problematic if one wants a subway just steps away. Its a good 15mins on foot away, which is not fun when having to lug a lot of luggage. Also public transport there is not really easy. There is a bus 187 from Arabellapark subway station, which takes you 4 stops - get out at Priel and walk a few metres back to the Hotel -, but only goes every 20mins. The rooms are rather small and bathroom not the newest. Reception doesn't always speak German. Ts quiet and clean and the beds are fine. Can't comment on any of the other amenities, but we wasted a lot of money using uber, since the walk to the station or the long wait for the bus in bad weather was not really an option.

Location is good if you are just passing through Munich due to its proximity to the Hauptbhanoff. The room we had was small but on for a one night stay, I wouldn't recommend the girls for longer stays. Service was very good and the breakfast was excellent.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
