Not bad for 1 night. The hotel is a little basic but well located. The only downside I had was the bathroom in my room as there was a bad smell coming from the pipes. Breakfast was not included but we decided to go elsewhere as it was too expensive for what they offered.

Very spacious room with all of the essentials. Near a small supermarket and bakery with easy access to the train. Rooms do not have air conditioning, there is a refrigerator and the beds are firm.

We stayed here three nights til today. The Hotel is situated very central to underground und bus connection. There are a few Shops, restaurants, café, bakery and super markets in the near about 5 mins. far. The Hotel has its own Parking besides the Hotel and you get from the underground garage easy to hotel reception and to rooms. 18€ per night. We cannot say too much about Service of the Hotel or breakfast or bar. We did not book breakfast. The Bar was closed in general and the comment was that we can go to the nearer bars or restaurants ... no possibility at the Hotel to get something to drink. The Service we had was friendly but not optimal as we used to get at Leonardo usually. We moved after one night to another room at the back of the Hotel as the main road is so busy and loud during the night that you can't sleep properly and have zero rest from the loud noise and traffic. With an little additional charge of 20€ it was possible for us to change the room. The Hotel and rooms are aged. They are practical and well designed as it has all what you need for a short stay. The second room had also a kitchenette for longer stay, a bigger fridge and microwave and a double hub. Petite but fine. And a little balcony. Not so good was, that the room has no Aircondition. This is quite a challenge in Summer and for warmer degrees as we had these days during our stay ... the mattress is a challenge too as it is too soft to lay in it properly. The room could have been a bit cleaner. Not having crumbs, dirt and rest of tooth brush under the bed... Altogether it was ok to stay there mostly being so central and near to public transportation and even we had a plus of 20€ to room charge, it was ok.

Stayed just for one night when traveling around Germany. Spacious and very quite apartment. Had a great night sleep. Super close to metro station, less than 5min walk. The only small issue the kitchen was missing a few things like cutlery, plates (I was told later that they could provide a fully equipped kitchen box free of charge on request, so good to know for next time).

In general, a very satisfying stay and I would stay again. On weekends there ware white sausages for breakfast (there were none on weekdays) Breakfast is good. Room was spacious and had a mini-kitchen, which had a microwave oven. Bathroom had showers only, but was spacious and warm with towel warmer. The room was on the ground floor and face the courtyard, with a good view, and there ware chairs on the terrace. There did not seem to be many tourists. Conveniently located near bus stops and the M3 metro station. You can get to the city centre quickly and the airport is also close, although you have to take a bus to East Station and change to the S8. Bad points - There was a sauna, but unfortunately it was only available from 5pm so I could't use it, which would not be a problem for many people. You pay a fee at the front desk (it was cheap) and receive a card key.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
