        This place was a great price for a nice hotel! Staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. I didn't have a chance to try the restaurant but it looked nice. I would recommend staying here!

        I spent 5 nights at Leonardo City South. The first night all members of our group found no hot water at shower. In fact, there is also no slippers (toothbrush or comb), also no kettle, no tissue paper on desk. There is literally nothing in the hotel room. The only sparkling water I had drank, was not re-provided again the other 4 nights. We also went to G/F Hotel restaurant the other lunchtime, I have asked for Tea with milk for 3 times, and staff didn't manage to get me some milk throughout the meal for an hour, and I gave up. In our company meeting at 5/F, there was no water to drink and the hot water for tea was also used up while no one to help and refill in the afternoon. Nonetheless, considering the hotel room price, I can't have much complaint really while I will be a little hesitate to recommend this hotel to my frds and colleagues.

        The hotel was average. Cleaning staff were below average. We had a couple badge (supporting the Palestinian cause) go missing. It was pinned to our bags. Didnt make a bit deal out of it.

        Konstantinos was so helpful in arranging for us to extend our reservation of the room until we could confirm our rebooked train would leave for Hamburg. I was travelling with my 90 year old mother during the chaos of the early December snow storm. His help and the support of everyone at the hotel was invaluable. Leonardo's was our sanctuary during a very challenging and unexpected detour in Munich. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

        Dear Hotel Management, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the air conditioning service in my room at your hotel. Frankly, the condition of the air conditioner is very poor and did not meet my expectations. During my stay at the hotel, I found it difficult to regulate the room temperature and control the airflow. At times, the air conditioner was running very weakly and did not provide sufficient cooling, while at other times, it was excessively cold. I expected the air conditioning in your hotel to be of high quality and designed to provide utmost comfort for guests. Unfortunately, my personal experience was quite the opposite. I am completely disappointed with the quality of the service provided. I hope that immediate steps will be taken to rectify the issue with the air conditioner in the room. Please arrange for a qualified technician to inspect and fully repair the air conditioner, so that future guests can enjoy a comfortable and satisfactory stay. I trust that you place great importance on guest satisfaction and strive to deliver high-quality service. I believe this can be achieved by addressing and resolving my complaint seriously. Please treat this complaint with utmost seriousness and ensure that the issue is fully resolved. I have confidence in your ability to improve the service and restore guests' trust.           Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
