Great location near Alexanderplatz! Great sauna, also a gym available. Very welcoming and friendly staff, always smiling. Small rooms but very clean and for 3 nights it's all you need. Chic lounge bar. Also welcoming drink and refreshments available in the lobby. Breakfast could be better..

Located 15min by foot to Alexanderplatz you find Leonardo Royal Hotel. Regarded from the outside it didn't look that inviting. But my room was designed really modern. Friendly and quick service, delicious breakfast.

The perfect hotel for couples. I came here with my family and it was a bit awkward not having a door separating the bathroom from the bedroom, plus half the shower's door being a see-through. The staff is really welcoming and polite and always available for any need. The rooms are tidy and neat and easy to reach thanks to the elevator (the stairs are available as well, in case you don't like small closed places).

We had a fantastic stay at the Leonardo Royal Hotel Berlin Alexanderplatz. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is centrally located near Alexanderplatz in the old East Berlin so is close to landmarks in that part of the city. The food was excellent with a good breakfast selection including cooked breakfast, pastries, yoghurts, fresh fruit and cold meats. The room was large and well furnished. It was modern and nicely contemporary. The hotel was clean and quiet. Staff had good attention to detail and service. They surprised me for my birthday which was a genuinely lovely touch. I would recommend it and would stay again.

That was my worst hotel experience. The beds were soooo hard. I felt like I was sleeping in a piece of rock. The staff are nice and friendly but the rooms are not sound Proof. I heard every early morning sounds from the window/street and also the door/corridor. I was able to hear people talking from the next room. Absolutely ridiculous. At 1:30 am we heard a kind of explosion sound and the electricity was gone and the fire alarm was active for about half an hour. People were confused and angry. I won't recommend it even for free.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
