        I spent 10 nights here. Checking in was odd. I was told it started at 2pm or something so I had to wait in the lounge until about 11 when a room was available. There was no concierge service and therefore no trolley. Nobody to offer with luggage which I found very odd. They do not give bottles of water in the rooms. At least not in mine. No disposable cutlery, so when I bought something to eat, I had to improvise. No kettle, they have a coffee machine instead. The AC and heater, didn't work properly. Some of the staff at the reception, were unfriendly. The card key to my room didn't work multiple times. Breakfast was monotonous. Their lunch and dinner menu was uninteresting. But, I still enjoyed my stay there. I ignored the negatives.

        We have had some bad experiences in the past for which the staff and team accepted the situation and offered us a complementary stay. We never thought we would use it. But due to unavoidable conditions had to stay in Frankfurt, as the trains were not running. We asked for the room and they happily offered us. We had an amazing experience specially the Breakfast team and options are amazing. We travelled with our one year old child, and had no problems. Thanks and I would surely visit you in future.

        Edit: the response from the owner is a straight up lie, multiple people were complaining the same time we did, that's also how we knew the noise was bothering people 22 floors below the event. Class action lawsuit waiting to happen. The owners of the hotel decided it would be a good idea to let people rent out the top floor for parties, with blasting bass noises that can apparently be heard from the 4th floor, as the reception said they are receiving complaints from as low as there. Some quick maths based on number of floors, rooms, and average occupancy rates indicates this is disturbing around 600-800 paying guests all at the same time. And the ridiculous thing is that management knows this happens and still allows it. They are literally stealing customer's money by providing them with rooms they know aren't fit to sleep in. And they think a pair of ear buds and a breakfast coupon I have no use for (because I've pre-paid already) is enough to make up for it... They are having a laugh. Apart from this the place is very nice, nice building, lovely staff, pretty good restaurant food. This was my first time at a Leonardo and they could have had a customer for life, but the sheer disgust I have at their greediness to make a quick buck over at the cost of hundreds of guests.... I'm never coming back here again.

        I stayed for one night. Everyone was very nice. Check-in was fast, food was great. Breakfast buffet is huge and there is something for everyone. Room was decent.

        Nice hotel and nice price. Very clean and staff is nice. There is no swimming pool here even though there is a photo of a pool on Google Maps. There is a sauna, but it is not very hot. I didn't even sweat.
