        My partner and I stayed in Florence at Leonardo Tourist House in May 2023. The location was fantastic, it was a safe area, our room was quiet (considering we were smack bang in the middle of town) and the front desk staff were so accommodating. We were able to check in earlier than the check-in time, which is above and beyond what other hotels or small boarding houses have done for us in the past. Overall, the room was great, and plenty of room for our luggage. Bathroom (private) was a great size too. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and I encourage you to stay here too!

        Awesome location, staff, and room! Super safe, quiet, and close to everything in Florence! Darko gave some awesome recommendations and the private room we had was very clean. The bathrooms are shared but somehow always clean and functional. One of the private rooms doesn't have a window but if you're spending time out and about, it doesn't matter too much. Overall, would recommend!

        After traveling Europe for two months and staying in 20 odd places, I can definitely say this place was by far the strangest. The establishment, clean and functional. No problem there. The issue is with the person running the place. We arrived half an hour earlier than stated and he made snide comments about that (check in started at 4pm we arrived 3:30pm). Tried to pay upon arrival and he insisted we pay the next day. Okay fine. We get to our room there are no towels. We scan the common area and find several other things like the refrigerator, clothing iron and hair dryer but no towels. Later on we receive a text from the attendant saying “not to go around looking for things but to just ask him”. Not the biggest deal but he was clearly watching us on the cameras at all times which gave us a strange feeling. Towels are a 2€ up charge each. Also fine! Letting us know at check in would have avoided an awkward situation. As we were leaving the following morning to tour around, he stops us to let us know that the card machine is broken and he can only accept cash. Once again, why would this have not been stated at check in? We asked if we could send money virtually so as to avoid ATM/international charges. Conveniently the card machine was working again! All this could be ignored until the morning of check out when the real fun began. Check out was at 10am (the international standard as far as I’ve experienced is 11am check out and 3pm check in but apparently they need 6 hours to flip three twins beds). At 10:03am he came and started knocking on the door. Completely fair though as there is typically a 30min grace period before housekeeping comes a knocking. We were just finishing packing up. At 10:12am he knocks again. This time more aggressively and shouts “come on guys!” Like we’re a group of children. At 10:23am he comes to the door again, just watching us zip up our luggage (at this point I had just left the door open so at least he could see we were actually leaving). By 10:27am we were at the front desk to drop of the keys. At this point he said “Finally! Long night?”. I couldn’t believe it. It was non of his business. As a paying customer I was stunned that he was behaving this way. I also work in hotels and hospitality so I understand what it takes to make the gears turn and this was absolutely not it. Don’t make the mistake we made and shell out the extra chunk of change to be given the respect you deserve as an adult and paying customer.

        We were two Israelis and an American in the room for triple with shared bathroom. The manager was soo sweet patient and helpful, giving us tips and recommendations . The hostel is really basic and simple but very clean and quiet in a great location. Towels were included in our deal and we had hot water in the shower. There's a small fridge and microwave for everyone's use we highly recommend everyone who's just looking for a basic quiet and nice place to stay in the center. Enjoy

        Great location. The building doesn't lend itself to a social hostel atmosphere since it lacks a good common area; however, the amenities are very nice. Extremely clean. Some rooms have AC and if not you will have a window and fans.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
