Healthy 10-15mins walk to the city downtown, 15mins walks from the airport tram station. Spacious and clean room. However, the plumming system of the whole buidling got problem, exuding unpleasant smell throughout the hall way. Whenever the toilet was flushed in our room, I could clearly smell it for few brief seconds in the bedroom.

Worst experience we have ever had while traveling. We arrived at the location and a woman came downstairs to begin asking for my booking information. All she did was shake her head and say “sorry I don’t know.” She proceeded to get in contact with the owner and put him on the phone. The owner proceeded to tell me they cancelled our reservation. We received NO cancellation email, NO warning, absolutely nothing. In fact, I received a Google confirmation just 12 hours before arriving. Such a poor experience with extremely poor management. They were zero help in regards to helping us find a place to stay...even though they cancelled on us without even a simple email. Along with that, after emailing them with the issue, they responded saying “we have no fault.” Would never recommend to anyone. Simply the worst experience I’ve ever had. So many other better places in Florence, do not waste your time here.

Very nice and clean room in the heart of the city. We literally walked everywhere as it's also close to the main train station. There is a kitchen but no breakfast was included. Checking in was made very easy as the host communicates often and well. No balcony in our room but had a large window. Shower was small and it just enough for 1 person but a minor issue. Enjoyed our stay! Ciao!

The room is spacious, and clean. They clean the entire room up and fold the sheets up very nicely before we came back at night. We really need it after tiring walks around Florence. Good location to the train station and the city. Owner makes you feel appreciated from the key/letter he left us on the first day to the bottle water he gave us before we left.

Very nice staff, gave us a lot of i formation and we're happy to help out. Small little bar area, it was very useful. Only 10 minute walk to get to the main part of the city. Very comfy beds, spacious room, very zen (relaxing), room service was lovely. Makes me want to return.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
