Its worth just for the location. The only nice and welcoming receptionist was a guy called Robio, not even Italian who spoke a decent English with polite manners. The other receptionist very disrespectful, he even smoke in reception. The room was ok a bit noisy but clean. Won’t come back

Some of the worst experiences I’ve ever had were in this hotel. No receptionist was there when we arrived, nobody opened the hotel the first day we arrived we thought we had to sleep somewhere else but a family from the flat opened the door for us. They charged us extra money because i called emergency to help us with check in. The manager of the hotel is also super rude she told us the next day after i called her with my complaints that if i dont like it she can cancel the booking and we can leave..

We were lied 3x about check in. We arrived at 9am, told 10am, 2pm and only got our keys at 4pm. The operator wouldn’t budge to let us in, on text on WhatsApp like it’s a secret service. For 750$ a night, there’s no concierge, food, cleaning person only limited time in the morning, non affordable travel referrals, and the bathroom is oddly designed without countertops for some or proper sewage for overload of water on the floor. You have no nice sites of the city, despite being blocks from the Vatican. Waste of our funds, felt like a scam, and weren’t provided much help, added only until the end of our stay were we given a code to use when the card wasn’t working to get through multiple doors to find a hidden loft on the 3rd floor.

Four is generous I think it’s more like 3.3. We had reservation for multiple nights, on the day of check in got email to call hotel. They use WhatsApp which is great because we were not able to call locally just data plans. They told us, they don’t have a room for us for the night despite reservation and would put us up in another hotel some 1.5km away. Luckily we got this notice and managed to go there first but if not would have been terrible at 9pm to figure out transport after long day of travel. Next day they brought our luggage over themselves and we just went on our day. The room: simple, small, cleanish. Didn’t see stains or bedbug issues. Lots of bleech used on towels. Didn’t like that personally, used own towel. Gf was fine with it. Location is unbeatable so if you looking for simple, good location worth a try. I probably would find something else for the price because I think it’s overpriced for what you are getting.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
