We had a wonderful stay at Deux Mariettes Lisbon! The place is truly beautiful, impeccably clean, and wonderfully modern. Its proximity to all conveniences made our 3-night stay incredibly convenient. We highly recommend it to anyone seeking a fantastic accommodation experience in Lisbon!

Well located, modern, clean, spacious and fully equipped room/apartment. Had a great experience checking-in early. The host was very helpful and provided recommendations for nearby restaurants, etc. definitely a great place to stay while visiting Lisbon.

The hotel is located in a great area with awesome coffee, brunch and dinner places in walking distance. The room was quite and clean. However, the bed was way too tiny for two people (~140 cm max), not very comfy and without head board. It’s one of those wall beds, so there was also no night stands. The bathroom was modern, but also very small and the towels were pretty simple and on the rough side. (Our shower head was broken/leaking too) The kitchen seemed well equipped although we didn’t use it much. They were a bit frugal with the coffee capsules (only 4 total for a 4 night stay for two, IMO, it should be at least one per person per day if they already offer it - they gave us more for free after we asked for it but still). There is no reception, so we didn’t interact much with the team, they are pretty responsive via WhatsApp and seem nice though. Overall, the place is ok but I think there are better ones in town.

GREAT HOTEL! We highly recommend it. Just a couple of suggestions based on our experience. 1- Add a stand or something in the shower to put the toiletries. Our room didn't have one and we have to put our soap and shampoo in the sink to be able to reach it while showering. 2- is there anything you can do to have sort of a night table? To place/charge the phone. I use mine as a clock and I had to put it on the floor. Also, there was no charger nearby. Other than these two suggestions for improvement, the hotel is great!!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
