        I have worked in the travel industry for years and been lucky enough to stay at some of the most incredible hotels. From a service point of view this has to be one of the best, the staff are the kindest, most gracious and warm people who go above and beyond, but they never come across too serious or make it feel stuffy. The facilities are fantastic, the design, interiors and gardens are so beautiful and unique, which I love as it doesn't feel like some huge shiny resort chain, like the Four Seasons etc. The food and drinks are both delicious, beautifully presented too. We enjoyed some of the best sushi we've ever had at the fantastic Yoshi restaurant, and as cat people we loved that they developed the brand and concept around Yoshi the cat, it just added so much personality. We loved the family of peahens free ranging around, and the terrapins too. Overall, we've had a fantastic time, eaten delicious food and truly relaxed and that has all been made possible by the wonderful staff. Thank you so much, we will definitely be back! I would like to add that the ONLY negative thing we experienced during our stay was the rudeness of some of the other guests staying, clicking their fingers at staff and generally behaving like spoilt children, but I wouldn't let that be a reason to put people off at all, maybe we just got unlucky to have booked at the same time as a select few, I'm just in awe that the staff continued to serve these particular guests with a smile on their face.

        The best decision we made when traveling to Marrakech! Everything about this resort is amazing. It feels like you entered an oasis filled with green, lush plants and animals. The resort grounds are big and spacey, with several restaurants, a big pool, lounge and bar area, pond for turtles and frogs and a big vegetable garden - you can’t ask for more! The spa is great and the facial I received was magical! So is all the personnel here, so keen on helping with whatever you need. But as a foodie couple, what blew my mind was the quality of food here. It’s the best meals we’ve had in Marrakesh. Maybe it’s that they only serve veggies from their own garden or that the chef is brilliant! We’ve had the best days here, if you’re coming to Marrakesh, this is a must!

        Spent three nights in a three bedroom villa. It will be one of the most memorable stays anywhere for our family. the service, the food, and the overwhelming feeling like you were a part of their family is almost palpable. The grounds in my opinion, were more interesting than the YSL gardens but with peacocks, turtles, cats and birds in the background. The pool was the perfect temperature, the service from all the servers - Regardless of the meal - was top notch and the desserts are off the charts. Wafa organized all of our activities and excursions….. she was absolutely excellent with an innate perspective on what we wanted but more importantly, knew which questions to ask We felt more secure at the hotel, and with their drivers versus many places we’ve stayed where safety wouldn’t even be a top-five concern. What a terrific place!

        I can fully agree with all the good reviews here. It feels like paradise. From the moment when we arrived till now. We still have 2 days here and enjoying every moment of it. The heated pool is gorgeous. The rooms authentic and beautifuly designed. Surrounded by a lush green garden. Staff is very lovely and carrying.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
