Great soundproofing and blackout in the older suites on the parterre. Unfortunately that changes if you move up😢. On the junior suites higher up both the soundproofing and the blackout are almost not available, specially the interior soundproofing. It's a real shame as the location is amazing. The hotel is definitely overpriced, specially if you stay in the newer room in the upper floors.

A wonderful hotel with amazing staff who cannot do enough. If you want to visit the Medina but still have easy access to the rest of Marrakesh this hotel is perfect. It has a peaceful feel and has excellent facilities from the pools to the rooms. A little piece of paradise in paradise

The best hotel you can stay in the city center (Medina) has 3 amazing restaurants . Rooms have great beds, bathroom and sheets. You can swim in two pools and a rooftop bar/restaurant. Amazing service and close to the vet turístico city center while having a quiet peace night

This hotel was amazing!! Right in the heart of Marrakesh's old medina, you will not miss any opportunities to see everything and enjoy the bustling souks. However, the hotel itself is tucked away, quiet, and serene and I loved that contrast. As soon as you step into the cool, dark hotel from the bright, loud, and busy outside, you know you've found your respite. The landscaping everywhere is beautiful and there are plenty of lounges and nooks to relax over tea or a cocktail. The rooftop pool is also a great place to relax. I will absolutely be staying here again if I find myself in Marrakesh!

I can only speak about the bar because I reside in Marrakech and have never been interested in the hotel. Without a question, the bar is one of the best in town. Bartenders are experts in their field. They are not restricted to just a few drinks from the card. If you enjoy live and ambient music and are not searching for club sounds, here is the place for you. Plus original interiors, authentic Moroccan woodwork, and fabrics on the walls in dimmed lights ambience.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
