The most beautiful hotel I've ever been to. Rooms are spacious, cabinets & walk in closet, kitchen fully equipped and staff & security people are really friendly & helpful. The swimming pool is very clean and big. I really recommend this hotel. This is my 2nd time to this hotel and if at any time im coming again to Thailand, i will not book any other hotel. U guys know how to keep the service level high throughout the years.

We stayed 2 nights in this beautiful villa. We arrived late so no one was there to give us the key but we informed them about our late arrival and the security man had the key and brought us to our villa. Sadly this kind man didn't understand English and it was hard to communicate, we took some time to understand he wants our passport and until our departure we didn't know where he brought the passports. Also communication with the service was bad, we never saw them personally only via phone. The breakfast was also not good, we tried to make them understand we would only like to have the toast and the fruits but both days we got eggs and sausages. We woke up late so when we came to our kitchen there was the breakfast in the very hot room, so the sausages were not even edible anymore. But all that didn't make the villa any worse, we loved the villa so much, when we arrived and walked through the door we couldn't even believe our eyes, it was huge and clean and just so amazing. The hot tub was stunning, laying under a sky full of stars in our own private hot tub is unbelievable. Same goes for the private pool, you can relax and enjoy the villa in every part of it. We would come back any time, but maybe try to get them not to make us breakfast in the morning.

The accommodation is very clean but the following things need to be improved: 1. Jacuzzi is not working and nobody repair it even I inform them twice. 2. Some lights are not working. 3. No cutting board in the kitchen. 4. Its so strange is shower and toilet room is out door.

I would give this villa minus stars if i could. The breakfast was a complete joke with very limited options, the service was diabolical, they claim they can speak 4 languages but you"'ll be lucky if they understand even a little English. The bedsheets were only changed twice throughout our stay and the outdoor bathroom was not cleaned for the first 4 days. The Jacuzzi was not working. The wall in the outdoor bathroom is so low that you do not have any privacy at all as people can look in from outside. I went on holiday to relax but the management gave me so much stress. The phone was not working in the villa and they gave no alternative replacement. Don't waste your money going here. Do not request breakfast as it will be more value for money buying it or making it yourself. Also they are claiming that i have left a bad review as i did not get a refund but i did not pay for it in the first place so it has notbing to do with that. This is the experience that i have had and wish to share it as i feel strongly that travellers should not be misled.

Amazing stay!! Two bed room villa with pool was great!!! very reasonable price for what you get. close to Catch beach club where they have awesome food and music.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
