I was quite shocked that service at Front Desk was lacking When we checked in, the service attitude of the two front desk female plump staff were quite unwelcoming. They have no smile ( zero smile) even though we ( the guests) greeted them. They seemed really unhappy ( not sure if they behave that way, all the time?) During breakfast, it was full house. The same plump lady ( younger one) said 房间几号？现在没有位。（no smile, not even a very basic 不好意思） During checkout, the same younger lady checked us out. As we were leaving the hotel, they just looked down even though I wanted to smile and say my goodbyes to them. Maybe the Senior management of Les Suite can send a mystery shopper. Only then, you will know what your paying guests are facing. On the contrary, we would like to commend on the great service of one of, your male staff ( who looks maybe in his 50s) who was at the front desk in the late night ( 30 Dec, 31 Dec 2023) . This male staff was so polite, courteous and friendly. He was wearing a black coat and speaks pretty good english during our casual conversation. Pls let him know he has done a great job and we appreciate him a lot.

Great hotel. I plan to stay here the next time I’m in Taipei Pros - Great location, only a five-minute walk from Zhongxiao Fuxing metro exit 13 - Breakfast is varied and has Western and Taiwanese food available - Free minibar, including Taiwanese beer, in each room - Room size is quite large, especially for an Asian hotel, and has a full-sized working desk - Service is great. Front desk packed me breakfast because I was checking out before the 7am breakfast start time - Bathroom is large and includes a separate soaking tub from the shower - Outlets accept international plugs and are next to the bed Cons - Wifi speed is slow - AC is slow to start and cool down the room - Room furniture is dated and shows some wear

Stayed 5 nights in a deluxe suite. It was a really comfortable, spacious stay and we loved the convenient location. Staff: They helped book local reservations and were overall nice. When we extended for 1 night and booked the wrong suite online, they gave a free upgrade so we wouldn't change rooms. Housekeeping started late in the mornings, which we liked. Room: there were 2 TVs and the bedroom has Netflix and Prime Video. Toto washlet that looks newer is a big plus. Bathroom and tub were spotless. The blanket was really comfy, the towels were fluffy, and the shower gel smelled good. Free minibar too. Cons: room's wood furnishings show some wear and there's rusting on the vanity desk mirror. The room's couch throw pillows smelled musty when we arrived. If you're not bothered by an older place, highly recommend this hotel.

Room is medium-sized with elegant decor and ambience, and washroom is nicely renovated. Acceptable breakfast selection with healthy choices, both Western and Asian styles. Excellent customer service from the front desk staff, good English communication skills, courteous and professional. Hotel is conveniently located near subway, restaurants and shops. Overall a positive experience. Areas for improvement include no gym access (although understandable due to covid), some bath tiles are worn out, elevator has poor lighting and can be upgraded, and thermostat in the room does not work.

We stayed in Les Suites Hotel for 3nights. Location of the hotel is perfect. The hotel staff speaks english well and are very helpful when we asked for directions. Our room is very spacious, and clean. I love the free mini bar (free beer, soft drinks, and snacks). The breakfast serves International dishes and is set up in a very cozy area near the lobby. This hotel is walking distance from best cocktail bars in Taiwan such as Indulge Experimental Bistro and Bar Mood. 6blocks away from MRT (Blue, brown, and red line). Will definitely recommend this hotel because of great location and hospitable staff. There is only one elevator but we didn’t really have to wait long every time we need to use it. I can use a little upgrade as it’s a bit old.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
