Loved this Hotel! It was at a very central location, the staff were very awesome and informative. Check in was accommodated a little earlier than scheduled time. The room was absolutely beautiful and very cozy! You get everything you need. I will be staying here again if I come in the future!

Lovely place if you are traveling alone or if you are veeery comfy with your companion. The rooms are small, with glass doors for the shower and bathroom. Also, the bed is touching the wall on the bottom and on the right side, so you need to climb over your partner to get out. However, the staff is friendly, everything is clean and the location is unbeatable.

I loved this hotel. The design of the place, rooms and lobby is amazing. I stayed in two different rooms, both of them amazing. The appearance of the hotel doesn't give you the impression of a 3 star hotel. The location is one of the best! Just one small calle away from Gran Via, it is both quiet and close to center. 2 minutes walk from Plaza España. Strongly recommended.

For the price, the quality needs to be better. The rooms are tiny. My shower flooded my whole bedroom. The TV did not work. There is no fridge, coffee or bin in the room. The hotel is modern looking, but underneath you can see the quality of the fittings was rushed, for example: the shower drips for about an hour after using it. Little details like this are what make 4 or 5 star hotels, not the facade. I tried to request an invoice after my stay, and the hotel could not provide it.

Bueno is my first time to come here because my boyfriend recommended me to come here we spend time 3 days with this hotel for concert peso pluma and well we got some problem in this hotel we was try to rest before concert but in the time construction noise it start in the day but before we don’t know where sound come from I was try to say about this problem with employees here they also can’t stop the construction noise but they give option to us to change the room if it better and at the same we good luck that they have some room for us for change so really happy after change cause we start to rest without construction noise and the hotel staff is very cooperative. No bad posture at all because I'm secretly considerate, but I don't want to have a bad experience here, thank u🙏🏽🙏🏽

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
