        My friend and I stayed here for 3 nights in October following a cruise and were immediately impressed by the staff, the room (enormous and toiletries included!), the location, the breakfast, the rooftop restaurant with its bar, and the view from there was just awesome, and the spa downstairs was a real treat! Narul and his team were just marvellous, so helpful and very accommodating, as were Mustafa and his son Orten at the restaurant and breakfast room. Old fashioned service where the staff clearly do anything to help. Yep, highly recommend!

        Booked this hotel last week as it was my 10 year wedding anniversary. Here is my thoughts the room was nice and clean, but when I came into hotel or room I didn't think wow this is 5* I didn't have that feel, size of the room was very small, air con wasn't working on 1st night, (was fixed next day as soon as I let staff know). Most of the staff were really friendly especially the concierge. They arranged to put a cake and rose petals in the room when I told them it was my anniversary which I really appreciate. The spa and pool was good. Breakfast was nice plenty of options fruits breads eggs and chef making fresh eggs and omelette. Location was good only short walk to main places.

        The initial night was great no faults at all and the staff was amazing. If that alone 5 start. Our last night after a 8 day tour we arrived late. We were greated by the receptionist -lets say words can not be described how disappointed I was. We got to our room and notice we were given a King bed. While we requested 2 singles. After a number of calls to the receptionists from our tour guide we found our room was given away. After the inital discussion and were told they will seperate the bed we thought it was resloved. 2hr later we are back to were we started, another call was require and was greated by "It has been sepertaed" but nothing was done. Where it was mostly disappointing is when the receptionist commmented "no need to upset people" making it out we were at fault. Throught the whole debacle there was no apologies for the inconvience. Lastly, shower head drips so showering is difficult with a very exposed bathroom, great for couples not if your traveling with friends.

        I have so many issues of this hotel. First The bathroom are not so clean the water leak rooms are so tight . I don’t like the attitude of reception they are trying to be cooperative but it is only shutting us from talking.The location of this hotel is the best thing in meddle if every thing a near bay tram station is 2 minutes away,but taxi don’t come to the door of hotel because it’s up high on hells.The breakfast was great with variety of dishes. I like the egg omelette station the most. Their is still space for improvement. Wish you the best hopefully to see more welcoming atmosphere.
