Amazing hotel and lovely customer service . Easy access (walking distance) most historic places. The rooms are quite generous in size. The bathroom is clean with good supply of soaps and shower caps. They have a cat named Isabella which my daughter adores. Breakfast - good mix of English and Turkish , so much choice and amazing service as well. We will definitely be back at this place soon to explore Istanbul more. Improvement Maybe supply toilet paper 😊as standard . Towels looked a bit old, so maybe it’s time for a new batch. The room was a bit dusty, so used one of the towels to solve this issue quickly.

I'd ignore the overall Google score on this one, it concerned me but the hotel came recommended via Voyage Prive so something wasn't adding up. Scrolling through the comments it's clear there's one same person constantly giving the hotel 1 star which has brought the score down. Anyway, hotel was lovely for the price we paid, very clean, great service. They gave my brother a birthday cake on his birthday without us asking or even mentioning it was his birthday, lovely touch! Breakfast & Spa being a 2 minute walk away are a little bit annoying as the road is uphill and I'm lazy but otherwise location is fantastic, Blue Mosque, Hagia and Topkapi all within 10-12 minute walk. Metro right there, lots of food choices, no need to really even get in a cab. For the price, not sure you'll find many better!

The hotel is newly renovated in a modern, sophisticated style. Location is excellent and the staff, especially the receptionists, are super friendly. Breakfast offers a variety of different foods and is very yummy. We thouroughly enjoyed our stay and would like to recommend it to anyone who looks for accomodation in beautiful Istanbul.

The location is excellent, close to everything you need museums, cafes restaurants shops grand bazaar. Tramway station and metro 'marmaray' very close Clean and nice Rooms style is great and beautiful, the hotel is very clean and they have options if you want to have your breakfast in levni plus hotel or levni hotel which is about 2 minutes maybe less, you can enjoy all the services of the main hotel, the view from the roof is awesome. There is a very nice restaurant there. I feel happy when I go to the roof :D About the staff very respectful and friendly Thank you all especially Mr Nural & Mrs Şebnem for helping us and look after us. I recommend it to everyone

It's more than I expected. I can use Hamam, Sauna and breakfast in the 5 STAR Levni Spa Hotel, main building of Levni Plus, 2 minutes walking distance. Hospitality of reception was excellent. Room was spacious and facility was superb. Everything was perfect!!!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
