        Our technician Tim went above and beyond our expectations of service. He arrived earlier than expected and was very thorough if anything goes wrong again we certainly would love to have him back in our apartment helping us out thank you Tim! Since this last review about Tim the technician We have dealt at Great length with William who heads up the maintenance staff. Our experience with William was top-notch he provided great information about any and all of our concerns and is just a very nice man to deal with. Our apartment was certainly up to our satisfaction and then some so thank you William for all that you do here for us at the Lexington!

        The Lexington is the best place to live. With a heated pool and all the amenities makes this place so fun and safe to live. Caitlin is always so friendly and patient with all my needs. I really appreciate how quick she gets things done. So grateful for the safe clean and welcoming community we get to call home.

        TA Timothy is such a great guy. We were originally scheduled to have our AC checked for 09/29/23, but I ran into him while checking the mail & he was available to come by right now. He is very polite & respectful & was able to quickly resolve the issue. My wife & I truly appreciate his help.

        My name isn’t Natalie not sure why it says that.. my name is Sarah. Maintenance at the Lexington is amazing! They respond to ur request very quickly, and allow u to pick the time. I had Timothy the other day and he was very nice, fixed both repairs quite quickly and even helped me clean some dog food off the floor that I had just spilled. My leg is broken at the moment so that was very helpful!!

        All the staff at the Lexington go above and beyond to provide exceptional service to their tenants. A special shout-out to technician, Timothy Ta, who was very helpful in resolving my maintenance issue. Caitlin Plante, the community manager, always provides wonderful community management.           Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          Hotel Cancellation Policy
          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
          Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.
          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy

          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
