Hotel isn’t bad at all but the location is removed from the action of the city. Be prepared to travel in and out of room and the cost to do so. The rooms are nice, at least the one I had! The amenities are nice but it cost 10 euro a day to use the gym. This is interesting, especially when the gym is ok. But worse part of this stay is the ignorant, unprofessional staff in the restaurant‼️ Maybe they are t use to other cultures but in any culture, when someone enters your establishment, you greet them! We had to ask for a menu and ask to place an order! If a place like this, you would think they would hire individuals who can speak more than Italian, the rest of Rome has! Only when I asked sternly for a menu and to place an order, that is when I received service! The bald obese waiter then became angry and walked off mumbling something! When I was nice and asked waited patiently for service, he and the other waiter just passed us by so I figured a more stern approach would work! All together a decent place to stay but skip lunch/dinner!

Check in experience was not good as there are too many stairs while you enter the hotel. The reception is also not really fast and accommodating. AC is old style so cooling is slow. It takes more than 3 hours to cool down. Rooms are spacious for family. Washroom and storage space is good. Swimming pool and gym is not free. You have to pay if you want to use which is weird. Location is not good. You will end up spending lot on cabs and transportation.

Huge city tax 6 euro each person. Facility are not included gym is 20 euro to use. No covers to sleep only sheets, ac/heating system wasn’t working properly. Parking sucks lots of stairs also. This cannot be a 4 star hotel I’m not sure how they have this rating. Also to top it off the breakfast is horrible. Coffee and a pasty is all you can have the rest is not not cheap products and not much option. choose another hotel

DO NOT BOOK HERE. The owners are GREEDY. They will make rooms with no working aircon available to book then force their staff to deal with the complaints. Even though the people working here are nice, the hotel owners DO NOT CARE about YOU. When we complained about the A/c not working, the only other room available’s A/C was also NOT WORKING. It was 10 PM and we’re were stuck there. The nice maintenance guy was very apologetic and gave us fans. Book elsewhere.
