Excellent stay, with very friendly staff. The location, services and facilities of this hotel are extremely nice. The rooms are modern and spacious, there is an on-site restaurant and a fitness room with a pool. My only suggestion is to please streamline the parking garage situation because it is not very clear until they explain it to you, and even then it takes a couple of times to get used to it.

I’ve stayed in lots and lots of hotels all around the world, and this experience was truly one of the best. I live fairly locally, but was staying downtown for an event this past weekend and chose L’Hermitage based on its’ location and ratings. I have never been so impressed with the hotel. The lobby is beautiful and smelled amazing at all times. The restaurant was classy and quiet and only accessible to guests which made it feel very easy to eat there. The restaurant patio was private and pretty. Service in the restaurant was excellent and the prices were absolutely reasonable. The room was modern, clean and we had an entire living room and a nice little view of the street below. The gym was well equipped and the change room had a great steam shower and amazing normal shower. The elevators were quick. The hotel service was fast and everything with pristine and clean. The staff were all exceptionally helpful and friendly. I will absolutely be staying here anytime I need to stay downtown in the future. Thanks again.

Awesome service. Very attentive staff. Ask for something, have it in minutes! Rooms are cleaned daily. Refill coffee pods and cream, daily. Hot tub and outside pool are awesome. Ladies washroom shower has a sauna. Products are L’Occitane en Provence. Super location to be downtown Vancouver. Canada line is only blocks away. Great restaurants only steps away. Cafe Medina next door to the hotel. Always a line-up on weekends.

Whether you're a tourist exploring the city or a local seeking a luxurious getaway, L'Hermitage's central location makes it the perfect base for your adventures. The accommodations were nothing short of splendid. The room was spacious, elegantly decorated, and impeccably clean. The bed was one of the comfiest I've ever slept in, and the view from my room was breathtaking, providing a glimpse of the stunning Vancouver skyline. The service at L'Hermitage is top-notch. The staff was attentive, courteous, and always ready to assist with any request. From valet parking to room service, every interaction with the team was characterized by a genuine desire to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Stayed here after a very disappointing stay at a Coal Harbour hotel, (where the rates were through the roof and the hotel was in disrepair). L'Hermitage was super refreshing. Service was top notch and comprehensive without the painstaking over-the-top service and hand-holding of the Shangri-la. The rooms were huge, impeccably clean, well appointed and comfortable. Would stay there again and again and again. Food and room service was top-notch. Ambiance and setting were perfect for a downtown hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
