        I regret staying here. The staff were uninterested in being helpful and many did not speak English (or claimed not to). The French arrogance was in full force here. It was frustrating to obtain basic supplies, like an extra blanket or toothbrush. The hotel also did not have robes, apparently. The WiFi was acceptable for light web surfing but did not work for Zoom calls or watching videos. The room was also much smaller than I anticipated and was not a comfortable space to lounge in. It was clean and safe and the location was fine, but I would never go back.

        It is a small cozy hotel located in Saint-Germain. I would call our room a romantic room since we had a cute tiny balcony in our room. The hotel’s spot is in a good location and walkable to stores, Metro, restaurants and local shoppings. The staff are friendly in here. However I give this hotel a 3 stars because of the following reasons; 1- Our phone didn’t work in our room and every time I told front desk, they told me it works fine. So for every request I had to go downstairs to front desk to ask for something. 2- the room didn’t have an Iron, and I had to request one from the front desk. 3- the hair dryer was old enough that you had to hold the button in order to keep it on. 4- No shampoo in the shower, and when I asked the front desk, he told me there is a shower gel for the entire body.

        Beautiful hotel with great people at the reception! It’s close to the Metro and all the main tourist sites are about 15 min away by metro. If you have claustrophobia, the elevator is very very small. The photo is of the view! Overall a great hotel!

        This hotel was very clean. The breakfast was perfect, a lot of options and very good food. The staff all spoke enough English to be very helpful. There is a pharmacy on the same street. The metro station is around a 5 minute walk at most. Good restaurant options within 10 minutes.

        Hotel is in a great location within close proximity to numerous cafes, shops, and metro stations. The daily breakfast included a great selection, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Our favorite part of our stay was the balcony in our room overlooking Rue de Rennes. Would definitely stay here again!
