pillow, towel looks kinda dirty. shower drainage clogged. soap dispenser not working. jammed door. small room, small parking space breakfast option and taste quite alright. unprepared, but still quite alright. actually the restaurant is the only good thing since it has better view.

I have a free good experience in Liberta, The place quite nice for 3 stars Hotel. And services from Hotel also good and nice. Point + for having a dispenser for refilling your water. For the location actually very strategic. Many food around you but if you didnt like crowded place it will be - point but so far for sleeping is good place. The breakfast also delicious

Definitely not coming back here, despite the cheap price. The entire hotel is in need of some major renovations. Room had a musky smell. Paint job is old, dirty and peeling off. Bed sheets had permanent stains and holes in them. Toilet is also mouldy and dirty. Chair in the room had ciagrette burnt marks and I dare not sit on it as it looked so dirty. There was a glass bottle of water which looks disgusting as not washed for ages, so I had to go to a nearby mart to buyu own bottled water to drink. Sound proofing is also terrible, I could hear people taking outside the room as well as the 2 rooms beside mine...

Jadi ini dulunya favehotel, so if you’re frequent in visiting hotels, you will know the structure of the room, moderate room with dim lights. Though it’s rather small, it’s very much enough for a transit or a short stay. Everything is well managed, including bedsheet, the water jug in the room, and the bathroom. The AC is old, so I think it should be put more attention to. The service was good, everyone was helpful!!! Since it’s in the heart of Kemang, it’s super nice to stay here with lots of places within walking distances, considering the hellish Kemang traffic 🤢

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
